I was suspicious of the Full Bar idea at first. But, it kind of makes sense. I decided to give it a try...and I have been pleased.
I have been eating one Full Bar before dinner and it really helps. I don't know if it is a 'mental thing' or if it really does work. But, hey, if it gets me the results that I want - THAT WORKS FOR ME! I think that the water helps also. I need to drink more water, so this plan works for me. It also tastes pretty good. Much better than some of those chalky tasteless bars.
We'll see if I lose weight. It has only been 10 days. I have also been walking 15 minutes a day around my neighborhood.
Wish me luck on losing some pounds!! I think that I am on my way!! I think that I look slimmer and I feel GREAT!
