After purchasing these from the Full Bar Website, I was curious to see if these things worked. I also wanted to know if they tasted good. It would be nice to know if other people were helped by this product.
I found Full Bar to be very filling and tasty, too. I decided to give some of my overweight patients the Full Bar diet to see how it worked for them. On average, these patients lost about 2-3 pounds per week--equivalent to regular exercise. However, in near-normal weighted patients, there was much less of this drastic weight loss. Some patients didn't lose any weight. Some lost 1/2 - 2 pounds.
The bars' taste was just okay. It wasn't like biting into a candy bar or anything like that but they weren't dry and inedible either.
I ended up eating 2 bars per day towards the end of my experiment and never felt hungry not even once.
Overall, a good product and fairly tasty.
